NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the City Council hereby authorizes amendment to the Executive Management Compensation Plan by approving the Side Letter of Agreement amending the October 1, 2009 to June 30, 2011 Executive Management Compensation Plan; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the documents necessary to effectuate the Amendment to the October 1, 2009 to June 30, 2011 Executive Management Compensation Plan on behalf of the City Council.
