CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIVE (5) TRAFFIC
CONTROLLERS, BID NO. 1769
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 22th day of February,
1988, for ithe Purchase of Five (5) Traffic Controllers, Bid No. 1769.
NOW, iTHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Franci!sco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, BrOwn Traffic Products, Inc. of Davenport, Iowa, for the bid price
of ThirtY-four Thousand, Six Hundred Fifty-six Dollars and Sixty-eight
Cents. ($~4,656.68).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract w!th the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I herebY certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopteU by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regularI meeting held on the 9th day of March , 1988, by the
