CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD SEWER IMPROVEMENT,
PROJECT NO. SS-86-1 AND DUVAL & BRADFORD
SEWER IMPROVEMENT, PROJECT NO. SS-83-6;
BID NO. 1745
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 3rd day of March, 1987,
OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD SEWER IMPROVEMENT, PROJECT NO. SS-86-1 AND DUVAL &
BRADFORD S~WER IMPROVEMENT, PROJECT NO. SS-83-6; BID NO. 1745.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, American Pipeline Engineering of Livermore for the bid price of
Thirty-nine Thousand, One Hundred Five Dollars and Fifty Cents.
($39,105.5]).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. -he Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 11th day of March , 1987, by the
following vote.

Councilmembers John "Jack" Dra.qo, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mark N. Addiego
