CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SOLICIT AND
RECEIVE PROPOSALS FOR THE CIVIC CENTER RENOVATION -
PHASE III, PROJECT NO. PB-81-2B (RECONSTRUCTION
OF CITY HALL CLOCK TOWER CUPOLA)
WHEREAS, Phase III of the Civic Center Renovation consists of the
design and reconstruction of the City Hall Clock Tower Cupola; and
WHEREAS, due to the deteriorated condition of the cupola and the
special nature of the work involved, the City is seeking a "design/build"
proposal for the reconstruction of the cupola; and

City Council desires to authorize staff to solicit and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that Staff is authorized and directed to solicit and receive
design/reconstruction proposals for the cupola, to review and screen the
most qualified respondents and to select the most responsive proposal from
the best qJalified team.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 11th day of March , 1987, by the
following vote.

Gus Nicolopulos, Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mark N. Addiego
