CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE ROOF
REPLACEMENT AT SIEBECKER RECREATION CENTER,
PROJECT NO. PB-86-2; BID NO. 1748
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 31st day of March, 1987,
for the RO3F REPLACEMENT AT SIEBECKER RECREATION CENTER, PROJECT NO. PB-86-
2; BID NO. 1748.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San FranciSco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, B1Jes Roofing Company of San Jose for the bid price of Ten
Thousand, :our Hundred Ninety Dollars and No Cents. ($10,490.00-~--.
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. ~he Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopte~ by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 8th day of April , 1987, by the
following vote.
AYES: ~Councilmembers John "Jack" Drago, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mark N. Addiego
