CiTY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT O-l,
THE 1986-87 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San
Fralcisco previously authorized the adoption of the 1986-87
Ope-ating Budget, including One Hundred Twenty-One Thousand
Three Hundred Thirty Six Dollars ($121,336) of expenditures for
the Library's Project Read Literacy Grant program; and
WHEREAS, the City has received additional funding under
the Project Read Literacy Grant of One Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty
Six Dollars ($1,936) due to an adjustment for inflation; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to make these additional funds
available to further the goals of the Library and as required by
the Grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the 1986-87 Operating Budget
for the Library's Project Read Literacy Grant program expenditures
is "ncreased from a total of One Hundred Twenty One Thousand Three
Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars (121,336) to One Hundred Twenty-Three
Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars ($123,272).

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regu arly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 8th
day of April , 1987, by the following vote:
