CiTY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OPENING
OF A SPECIAL BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE
WESTBOROUGH COMMUNITY POOL FUND
WHEREAS, on January 22, 1986 by Resolution No. 21-86
thelCity Council gave its support to the Westborough Community
in

ts acquisition of grant funds for construction of a community
; and
WHEREAS, to further those ends, the City has agreed
to ~ct as fiscal agent for grant funds received from donors.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council

of the City of South San Francisco authorizes the establishment
of a special bank account in the name of the Westborough Community
Pooll Fund, to be respository for all grant funds for Westborough
Community Pool contributions, to include any and all interest
ear[led on such funds.
