CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
THE 1987-88 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM,
PROJECT NO. ST-87-1; BID NO. 1750
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 1st day of April, 1987,
for the 1987-88 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM, PROJECT NO. ST-87-1; BID NO.
1750.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San FranciSco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Oliver de Silva, Inc., of Hayward, for the bid price of Two Hundred
Seventy-Fi~e Thousand, Three Hundred Fifty-Eight Dollars and Seventy-Five
Cents. ($275,358.75).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract w!ith the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular~ meeting held on the 8th day of April , 1987, by the
following Vote:

Councilmembers John "Jack" Draqo, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mark N. Addiego
