CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE
WESTBOROUGH WEST PARK I & 2 AND WILLOW
GARDENS SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROJECT;
PROJECT NO. PR-86-1, BID NO. 1749
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 31st day of March, 1987,
for the WeStborough West Park I & 2 and Willow Gardens Sidewalk Replacement
Project Non PR-86-1; Bid No. 1749.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Ambo Engineering, Inc. of Union City for the bid price of Thirteen
Thousand, Eight Hundred Sixty-three Dollars and Thirty-six Cents.
($13,863.36).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular~, meeting held on the 8th day of April , 1987, by the
following Vote.
