CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING
KEVIN D. CREAMER
WHEREAS, Kevin D. Creamer began work with the City of South San Francisco
on July 16~ 1968 in the position of Park Maintenance Worker I performing
grounds work on ballfields; and
WHEREAS, on November 1, 1970 he was promoted to Park Maintenance Worker II
and transferred to work on the tree crew; and
WHEREAS, on February 3, 1981 a promotion to Park Maintenance Worker III
became effective and in that position Kevin has on numerous occasions served
as Acting Supervisor of the Parks Crew; and
WHEREAS, in addition to his assigned parks duties, Kevin found time to
pursue a HOrticultural Certificate from the College of San Mateo and partici-
pate in several seminars through the Parks Division; and
WHEREAS, he has contributed to the betterment of the City and his fellow
employees as Chairman of the Safety Committee and to the betterment of his
community as President of the Young Men's Institute; and
WHEREAS, after nineteen years of service, Kevin will retire on May 13, 1987
in order tO pursue his interests in travel and golf and enjoy his Lake of the
Pines country home; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to express appreciation to Kevin D. Creamer
for his contribution to the Parks Division and to the City of South San Francisco
in general,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that it does hereby express appreciation to Kevin D. Creamer for his
dedicated services to the City of South San Francisco and does order this
Resolution lincorporated in the official records of the City as this Council's
expression !of appreciation and its wishes for his long and happy retirement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 8th day of April , 198 7 , by
the followilng vote:
