CItY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION FOR
PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT - BORTOLI TRACT
NO. 2 (PM-86-243)
!WHEREAS, the map entitled, "Parcel Map of Bortoli Tract No. 2, a
subdivision of the Recorded Property - Described in Document No. 82039321,
South SaniFrancisco, California" prepared by Hugh R. Anton dated April 1987,
has been approved by the Planning Commission; and
iWHEREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San
Francisco !a Public Utility Easement, on or over that certain strip of land
designated) and shown on said map as "10' P.U.E."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
I Acceptance of Public Utilit~ Easement. The dedication of the
Public Uti)ity Easement as shown on said Parcel Map is hereby accepted and
the City C)erk is authorized to certify the City's acceptance thereof.
2. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation of the Parcel Map in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents. A copy of the recorded Parcel
Map shall be filed in the office of the City Engineer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular) meeting held on the 22nd day of April , 1987, by the
following viote.
