CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
EMERGENCY MOBILE GENERATOR FOR WATER
QUALITY CONTROL PLANT,
PROJECT NO. WTP-86-1; BID NO. 1752
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 11th of March 1987, for
the EMERGENCY MOBILE GENERATOR FOR WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South.
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Sierra Detroit Diesel Allison for the bid price of TWENTY FIVE
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS AND FORTY CENTS ($25,435.40).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the 13th day of May , 1987, by the
following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers John "Jack" Draqo, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia, and Mark N. Addieqo
