CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR STREET AND
UTILITY PURPOSES - PARCEL MAP,
MAGNOLIA PLAZA {PM-87-247)
WHEREAS, the map entitled , "Parcel Map, Magnolia Plaza, being a
resubdivision/consolidation of lots 4 through 11, 34 through 37, a portion
of lots 38 and 3, and a portion of alley, block 96, South San Francisco Plat
No. 1 prepared by Cannis Consulting Engineers, dated April 1987 has been
approved by the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Parcel Map dedicates to the City of South San Francisco an
easement for street and utility purposes over that certain strip of land
designated and shown on said map as "Third Lane Easement".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. Acceptance of Easement for Street and Utility Purposes
The dedication of the Third Lane easement as shown on said Parcel Map is
hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's
acceptance thereof.
2. Recordation The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation of the Parcel Map in the official records of the County of San
Mateo.
3. Copies of Recorded Documents A copy of the recorded Parcel Map
shall be f~led in the office of the City Engineer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
r~ular meeting held on the 13th day of May , 1987, by the
following vote:

Councilmembers John "Jack" Draqo, Richard A. Haffev, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia. and Mark N. Addiego
