CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
SOUTH AIRPORT BLVD. AT PRODUCE AVE.
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. ST-83-4.2
WHEREAS. pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on Tuesday, the 17th day of of
March, 1987, for
SOUTH AIRPORT BLVD. AT PRODUCE AVE. TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND STREET
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. ST-83-4.2
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, W.F. Anderson Electric for the bid price of One Hundred Forty Six
Thousand, Six Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Twenty Cents ($146,665.20).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of May , 1987, by the
following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers John "Jack" Drago, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mark N. Addiego
