CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A QUITCLAIM DEED OF THIRD LANE
RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
that:
The City Manager is authorized to execute on behalf of the City a
Quitclaim Deed relinquishing the City's interest in the easement granted by
the South San Francisco Elementary School District to the City on June 26,
1925 and filed in San Mateo County records at Volume 580, Pages 353 and 354,
to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco.
A copy of the Quitclaim Deed, Property Description as Exhibit "A",
and a Plat Map as Exhibit "B" are attached.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of May , 1987, by the
following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers John "Jack" Drago, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mark N. Addiego
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

QUITCLAIM DEED
The City of South San Francisco, a body politic and corporate,
quitclaims to The Redevelopment Agency of the City of South
San Francisco all of its right, title, and interest in the
real property situated in the City of South San Francisco, San
Mateo County, California, as described in the attached Exhibit
A, incorporated herein by reference.
Executed on May 15, 1987 at South San Francisco,
California.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
All that certain land situate in the State of California, County of San
Mateo, City of South San Francisco, described as follows:
An easement for right-of-way, or part of a public street or alley, granted
to the City of South San Francisco by the South San Francisco Elementary
School District on June 26, 1925, which document was recorded in the
official records of the County of San Mateo at volume 580 pages 353 and 354,
described as follows:
PARCEL 1
BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of lot 1, block 96, South San
Francisco Plat No. 1, filed for record March 1, 1892, in volume 2 of maps at
page 52, San Mateo County Records; running thence north 74 degrees 27
minutes west 350 feet along the southerly line of Third Lane as said lane is
shown on the above referenced map, thence at right angles north 15 degrees
33 minutes east 20 feet to the northerly line of Third Lane, to a point
being also the most easterly corner of lot 34, block 96, and the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence north 15 degrees 33 minutes east 10 feet, thence at
right angles south 74 degrees 27 minutes east 30 feet, thence at right
angles south 15 degrees 33 minutes west 10 feet to the northerly line of
Third Lane, thence at right angles north 74 degrees 27 minutes west 30 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of lot 1, block 96, South San

degrees 33 minutes west 10 feet, thence at right angles north 74 degrees 27
minutes west 30 feet, thence at right angles north 15 degrees 33 minutes
east 10 feet, to the southerly line of Third Lane, thence at right angles
south 74 degrees 27 minutes east 30 feet to'the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
