HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 67-1987RESOLUTION NO. 67-87 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PARCEL A AND B AND APPROVING A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, PARCEL MAP NO. 85-236 WHEREAS, the map entitled "Parcel Map 85-236, being a subdivision of a portion of the Lands of South San Francisco Unified School District being all of the lands described in the deeds recorded in 2479 O.R. 472 and 3411 O.R. 441 and a portion of the lands described in the deeds recorded in 2347 O.R. 402 and 3389 O.R. 420, San Mateo County records, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," has been approved by the Planning Commission; WHEREAS, the conditions of the Tentative Parcel Map required execution of an Agreement for Subdivision Improvements, and dedication of easements; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. Agreements. Execution of the Agreement entitled "Agreement, Subdivision Improvements" is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to sign the Agreement. 2. Acceptance of Dedications. The dedication to public use portions of Chestnut Avenue as Street and Highway Easements as shown upon the map as Parcel A and Parcel B within the subdivision, are hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to execute the City Clerk's acceptance therefor. 3. Recordation. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause recordation of the Agreement and Parcel Map concurrently in the official records of the County of San Mateo. 4. Copies of Recorded Documents. A copy of the recorded Parcel Map and Agreement, Subdivision Improvements shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk, (2) Planning Division and (3) Engineering Division. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on lOth day of June , 1987, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers John "Jack" Drago.
