CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT 0-2
TO THE 1986-87 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco previously
authorized adoption of the 1986-87 Operating Budget; and
WHEREAS, the City has received, or will be eligible to receive, additional
funds from various sources on the condition that such funds will be expended
in the 1986-87 fiscal year for Recreation and Community Services purposes; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to make these additional funds available for ex-
penditure by the Recreation and Community Services Department so as not to
lose such additional funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the 1986-87 Operating Budget for the Recreation and
Community Services Department is increased by a total of Twenty Three Thousand
Eight Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($23,825).
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the lOth day of June , 19 87 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers John "Jack" Drago, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mark N. Addiego

RESOLUTION NO. 71-87
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION WAIVING PLANNING AND BUILDING
PERMIT FEES FOR THE OYSTER POINT MARINA WEST
BASIN REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the San Mateo County Harbor District is a governmental entity
which operates and maintains a marina located in South San Francisco through a
joint powers agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Harbor District has requested the City Council consider
waiving the planning and building permit fees for the Oyster Point Marina West
Basin Rehabilitation Project as a matter of intergovernmental cooperation and
interest; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed this request and made certain recommenda-
tions to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Council has considered the request and the recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that it hereby waives the planning and building permit fees for
the Oyster Point Marina West Basin Rehabilitation Project.
