CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION MODIFYING
PROJECT FEES FOR THE
MAGNOLIA PLAZA PROJECT
WHEREAS, BRIDGE Housing Corporation, is a not-for-profit, public benefit
corporation developing the Magnolia Plaza Project, consisting of some 125
senior citizen housing units;
WHEREAS, BRIDGE has requested the City Council consider waiving or modifying
some of the standard development fees for the Magnolia Plaza Project in order
to achieve greater levels of cost efficiency; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed this request and made certain recommendations
to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Council has considered the request and the recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the following modification to the standard development fees
shall be granted for the Magnolia Plaza Project:
Public Works Inspection $20/hr.
(Grading, Water Valves, etc.)
Building Permit $30/hr.
(Permits, Inspections, Plan Checks)
Park Impact Fee - 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all other City fees for services shall be
charged as provided for in the Master Fee Schedule and that the costs for
inspections not otherwise specifically identified shall be charged at the
actual inspection cost.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
reqular meeting held on the lOth day of June , 1987, by the
following vote:
