CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION INCREASING THE FRANCHISE
FEE FOR SCAVENGER SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco has determined
that an increase in the franchise fee by the South San Francisco Scavenger Company
for the franchise under which garbage is collected throughout the community is
warranted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the franchise fee paid by the South San Francisco Scavenger
Company or any of its heirs or assigns, as of July 1, 1987, shall be seven
percent (7%) of gross revenues.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 24th day of June , 19 87 by the following vote:
