CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
WESTBOROUGH PARK BUILDING PROJECT,
PROJECT NO. PR-86-2
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 18th day of June 1987,
for the WESTBOROUGH PARK BUILDING PROJECT, PROJECT NO. PR-86-2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Echo West, Inc. of San Francisco for the bid price of Six hundred
seventy eight thousand, seven hundred forty five dollars {$678,745).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 8th day of July , 1987, by the
following vote:
