CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE MATERIALS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT
FOR THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
hereby authorizes the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services
of the State of California to purchase materials, supplies and equipment as
needed for and on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, pursuant to
Government Code Section 14814, and authorizes Mark Lewis, City Manager, and
Donald W. McVey, Director of Finance to sign and deliver all necessary re-
quests and other documents in connection with such purchases.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 12th day of August , 198 7 , by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers John "Jack" Drago, Richard A. Haffey, Roberta
Cerri Teglia, and Mark N. Addiego
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Gus Nicolopulos
