CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM THE
INACTIVE BOND FUND TO THE MAINTENANCE FUND
AND GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City has an inactive bond fund containing excess bond proceeds
over the cost of construction for twenty-two (22) improvements projects, as
enumerated in Exhibit "A" attached; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 (Streets & Highways
Code Section 10000, et seq.), the Resolution of Intention adopted prior to the
issuance of the improvement bonds provides for the disposition of any surplus;
and
WHEREAS, the applicable resolutions provide for the excess to be spent for
the maintenance of the acquisitions and improvements, and in some instances
permit a transfer of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) to the General Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the fund balances listed in Exhibit "A" shall be transferred
to the Maintenance Fund and the General Fund as detailed in Exhibit "A".
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 12th day of November , 1986 by the following vote:

and Roberta Cerri Teglia
