CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE VACATION OF
A PORTION OF A SANITARY SEWER AND STORM
DRAINAGE EASEMENT AT 362 ALIDA WAY
WHEREAS, the City Council on October 8, 1986, adopted Resolution No.
160-86, entitled "A Resolution of Intention to Vacate a Portion of a
Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drainage Easement at 362 Alida Way", pursuant to
the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law (Streets and
Highway Code Section 8300 et seq.); and
WHEREAS, the Resolution of Intention was published as required by law,
and notices of hearing were posted in the time, manner and form provided by
law; and
WHEREAS, on Wednesday, November 12, 1986, at 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal
Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, California, a
public hearing was held where any and all persons interested in, or having
any objections to, the proposed vacation, could appear before the Council
and be heard; and
WHEREAS, no objections of any kind or character were made or filed
against the proposed vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council finds that
1. The sanitary sewer and storm drainage easement at 362 Alida Way,
which is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached and
incorporated, is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
2. The sanitary sewer and storm drainage easement at 362 Alida Way,
is hereby ordered vacated.
3. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution to
be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 12th day of November , 1986, by the
following vote.

Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, John "Jack" Drago, Gus Nicolopulos,
and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSENT:
Richard A. Haffey

LEGAL DESCRIPTION - QUITCLAIM OF EASEMENT
A portion of that certain land described by deed of easement for
purposes of a sanitary sewer outfall and storm drainage facility,
recorded in Book 4889 at Pages 125 and 126, San Mateo County
Records, situate in the CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, COUNTY OF
SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Lot 6 as shown on
that certain map entitled "Map 1, Country club Park, San Mateo
County, California", recorded in Book 23 of Subdivision Maps at
Pages 54, 55 and 56, San Mateo County Records, said point being
distant South 31o15'00'' East, 25.00 feet from the most northeast
corner of Lot 6; thence along said easterly line South 31o15'00''
East, 3.72 feet; thence South 60o32'23'' West, 119.11 feet;
thence parallel to and distant 25.00 feet at right angles from
the northerly line of Lot 6, North 58o45'00'' East, 119.05 feet to
the point of Beginning.
