CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
COLMA SEWER METERING STATION,
PROJECT NO. SS-83-1A; BID NO. 1743
WHEREAS. pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 3rd day of February,
1987, for COLMA SEWER METERING STATION, PROJECT NO. SS-83-1A; BID NO. 1743.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council does hereby reject all of the proposals or bids except
that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Uniacke Construction, Inc. of San Francisco for the bid
price of Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars and No Cents.
($8,575.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make and enter into a
written contract with the successful bidder.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 11th day of February , 1987, by the
following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers John "Jack" Drago, Richard A. Haffey,
Roberta Cerri Teglia, and Mark N. Addiego
NOES: None
ABSENT:
Councilmember Gus Nicolopulos
