CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT

FOR LEISURE ACTIVITIES BROCHURES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
June , 19 86 , for
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
5th day of
LEISURE ACTIVITIES BROCHURES
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Alonzo Printing Co., Inc.
1094 San I.lateo Ave., Souih San Frnacisco, CA 94080
for the bid price of Fifteen Thousand Five Hundred Three and 20/100 dollars
($ 15,503.20 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a reqular meeting held on the 9th day of July , 1986.,
by the following vote:
