CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
ROOF REPLACEMENT AT FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. PB-83-10.3; BID NO. 1720-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
WHEREAS. pursuant to previous authorization and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
15TH day of July, 1986, for
ROOF REPLACEMENT AT FIRE STATION NO. 2
PROJECT NO. PB-83-10.3; BID NO. 1720-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Royal
Roofing Company of San Francisco for the bid price of Twenty One
Thousand, Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($ 21,950.00).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of the
City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of
July , 1986, by the following vote.
A YES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, John "Jack" Drago, Gus
Nicolopulos; and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSENT:
Richard A. Haffey
