CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL AND EXECUTION
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
DIGESTER GAS UTILIZATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Approval of Agreement.
The Agreement by and between the Cities of South San Francisco and San
Bruno and CH2M Hill California, Inc., a California Corporation, entitled "Agree-
ment to Furnish Engineering Services, Digester Gas Utilization Improvement Project,
South San Francisco/San Bruno Water Quality Control Plant," is hereby approved,
and a copy of said Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit "1."
2. Execution of Agreement.
The City Manager is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of t~e City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 23rd day of July , 1986 , by the following
vote:
