CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
PARKING DISTRICT LOTS IMPROVEMENTS,
PROJECT NO. PB-85-1 BID NO. 1723
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
WHEREAS. pursuant to previous authorization and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on
TUESDAY, the 5th day of AUGUST, 1986, for
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, G. Bortolotto and Company for the bid price of,
FIFTY SEVEN THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN DOLLARS AND
SEVENTY CENTS ( $ 57,411.70 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of the
City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a r__~gular meeting held on the 13th day of
August , 1986, by the following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, John "Jack" Drago, Richard A.
Haffey, and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES:
Councilmember Gus Nicolopulos
