CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1986-87 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM
PROJECT NO. ST-86-1; BID NO. 1725
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 2nd day of September,
1986, for the 1986-87 STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, G. Bortolotto & Company, Inc. of Hayward for the bid price of One
Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty-seven Dollars and No
Cents. ($198,947.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the lOth day of September , 1986, by the
following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, John "Jack" Draqo, Gus Nicolopulos,
and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSENT:
Richard A. Haffey
