CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1986 COLMA CREEK DREDGING PROJECT
PROJECT NO. SD-86-1; BID NO. 1726
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 3rd day of September,
1986, for the 1986 COLMA CREEK DREDGING PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Transiterra Corporation of South San Francisco for the bid price of
Fifty-seven Thousand, Nine Hundred Seventy-five Dollars and No Cents.
($57,975.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the lOth day of September , 1986, by the
following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego. John "Jack" Drago. Gus Nicolopulos,
and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
ABSENT:
