CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REJECTING BIDS FOR THE
COMMON GREENS LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE
SERVICES, BID NO. 1724
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 11th day of
September, 1986, for the COMMON GREENS LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES, BID
NO. 1724; and
WHEREAS, two bids were received and review by City Council; and
WHEREAS, after their review it was agreed to reject bids and re-bid on
this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council does hereby reject all of the proposals or
bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 24th day of September , 1986, by the
following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, John "Jack" Drago, Richard A. Haffey
Gus Nicolopulos, and Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES: None
