HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 157-1986 RESOLUTION NO. 157-86 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT MAGNOLIA SENIOR CENTER PROJECT PROJECT NO. PB-86-1; BID NO. 1729 WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 18th day of September, 1986, for the MAGNOLIA SENIOR CENTER PROJECT, PROJECT NO. PB-86-1; BID NO. 1729. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that: 1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, Apersey Construction Company of San Francisco for the bid price of Two Million, Four Hundred Forty-six Thousand, Eight Hundred Dollars and No Cent~. ($2,446,800.00), which includes Change Order No. 1, attached. 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written contract with the successful bidder. 3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular meeting held on the ~nd day of October, 1986, by the following vote.
