HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 158-1986 RESOLUTION NO. 158-86 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION REJECTING A NON-RESPONSIVE BID FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING STEEL FRAME AND WINDOWS AT CENTRAL FIRE STATION PROJECT NO. PB-83-10.5; BID NO. 1722-1 WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 16th day of September, 1986, for the REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING STEEL FRAME AND WINDOWS AT CENTRAL FIRE STATION PROJECT NO. PB-83-10.5; BID NO. 1722-1; and WHEREAS, four bids were received and review by City Council; and WHEREAS, the lowest bidder, Reliable-Theisen Glass Company of San Francisco, submitted a non-responsive proposal. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that the Council does hereby rejects the lowest bid proposal. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting held on the 8th day of October , 1986, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addieqo, Richard A. Haffey, Gus Nicolopulos, and Roberta Cerri Teqlia NOES: None Councilmember ABSENT: John "Jack" Draqo
