HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 159-1986 RESOLUTION NO. 159-86 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING STEEL FRAME AND WINDOWS AT CENTRAL FIRE STATION PROJECT NO. PB-83-10.5; BID NO. 1722-1 WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 16th day of September, 1986, for the REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING STEEL FRAME AND WINDOWS AT CENTRAL FIRE STATION PROJECT NO. PB-83-10.5; BID NO. 1722-1. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that: 1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, I.D.M. Glass Company of San Francisco for the bid price of Eighteen Thousand, Six Hundred Dollars and No Cents. ($18,600.00). 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written contract with the successful bidder. 3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular, meeting held on the 8th day of October , 1986, by the following vote.
