CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
WESTBOROUGH STREET LIGHT CONVERSION-PHASE I,
PROJECT NO. ST-85-2, BID NO. 1703
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice, bids
were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 17th day of June, 1986,
for the WESTBOROUGH STREET LIGHT CONVERSION-PHASE I PROJECT NO. ST-85-2, BID
NO. 1703.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible
bidder, Wingard Engineering of Fremont for the bid price of Fifty-six
Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty Dollars and No Cents. ($56,940.00).
2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a written
contract with the successful bidder.
3. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
adj. regular meeting held on the 29th day of October , 1986, by the
following vote.
