CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "80 TANFORAN AVENUE INDUSTRIAL/
OFFICE CONDOMINIUM MAP" AND AUTHORIZING
RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of South San Francisco
1. Map Approval.
The Final Map entitled, "80 Tanforan Avenue Industrial/Office
Condominium Map" dated June, 1986, is hereby approved.
2. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause
recordation of the map in the official records of the County of San Mateo,
which map is to be concurrently recorded with the document entitled
"Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, for the Eighty
Tanforan Industrial/Office Condominiums, Tanforan Industrial Park, A
Condominium Project."
3. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map
shall be filed in the office of the Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and a
copy of the recorded declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions,
shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference: (1) City
Clerk, (2) Planning Director and (3) Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and
the Building Division shall withhold building permits until the copies of
the recorded documents are so filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
adj. regular meeting held on the 29th day of October , 1986, by the
following vote.
