CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DETERMINING SPECIAL DISTRICT AUGMENTATION
FUND DISTRIBUTION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 98.6 OF
THE REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has received the County Controller's Special
District Augmentation Fund notice of allocation as required by Section
98.6(b) of the Revenue and Taxation Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council properly noticed and conducted a public
hearing on October 29, 1986, to consider the sums to be disbursed; and
WHEREAS, after the hearing, the City Council approved the sums
determined to be disbursed to each special district as described in
the attached Exhibit "A".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the amount of funds to be disbursed to special
districts shall be set forth on Exhibit "A" hereto and shall reflect
totals as follows:

I ~ereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at an adj. regular
meeting held on the 29th day of October , 1986 by the following vote:
