CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR NORTH CANAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS,
PROJECT NO. ST-85-1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
WHEREAS. pursuant to previous authorization and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
8th day of January , 1986, for
NORTH CANAL STREET IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. ST-85-1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder,
Keyco Engineering Corp., of Burlingame
for the bid price of Seventy-Eight Thousand, Four Hundred Thirty-
Eight Dollars and No Cents.
($ 78,438.00).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of the
City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 12th day of
~bruary , 1986, by the following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, John "Jack" Draclo, Richard A.
Haffey; and Roberta Cerri Te.qlia
NOES: None
ABSENT:
Councilmember Gus Nicolopulos
