A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
PLAYGROUND INSTALLATION ~' ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK-PICNIC AREA
WINSTON MANOR #1'PARK AND PARADISE VALLEY PARK
PROJECT NO. PR-85-4, BID NO. 1709
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of SOuth San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the lOth day of
February , 19 86 , for
PLAYGROUND INSTALLATION~- ORANGE MEMORIAL PARK-PICNIC AREA
WINSTON MANOR #1 PARK AND PARADISE VALLEY PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, John Clay Landscape, Hayward, California
for the bid price of Ten Thousand Two Hundred Eiahtv Nine Dollars
($ 10,289.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a ~oular meeting held on the 26th day of Februarv , 19 86 ,
