A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
LIFT TRUCK WITH TRANSPORT TRAILER
BID NO 1707
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 18TH day of
FEBRUARY , 19 86 , for
LIFT TRUCK WITH TRANSPORT TRAILER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, Sotelo Bros. Fork Lift Co.,
70 North Sunset Avenue, San Jose, CA
for the bid price of
75/100 Dollars
($ 23.802.75 ).
Twenty Three Thousand and Eight hundred two and
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 12th day of March , 19 86 ,
