CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL OF BUILDING
AT 145 BELLE AIR ROAD
PROJECT NO. PB-85-2, Bid #1717
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 4th day of
March , 19 86 , for
DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL OF BUILDING AT 145 BELLE AIR ROAD
PROJECT NO. PB-85-2, Bid # 1717
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, FERMA CORPORATION, P. O. 1316,
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA 94042
for the bid price of SEVEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-ONE DOLLARS.
($ 7741.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 12th day of March , 19 86 ,
by the following vote:
