A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
STACKABLE CHAIRS FOR THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING
BID #1714
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 4th'day of
March , 19 86 , for
STACKABLE CHAIRS FOR THE MUNICIPAL SERVICES BUILDING
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, HOLSINGER INC., 1300 ROLLINS RD., BURLINGAME,
CA 94010
for the bid price of FOURTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY DOLLAR~.
40,470.00 ).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced an¢ adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a reg~ar meeting held on the 12th day of March , 19 86 ,
