CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "JURKOTA SUBDIVISION" AND
AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Map Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Jurkota Subdivision, South San Francisco, San
Mateo Co., Cal., being a subdivision of a certain parcel as described and recorded
on San Mateo Book 7913 0 R. Page 20," dated December 1984 and prepared by Julius
F. Castelan, Registered C.E., is hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Public Utility Easement.
The dedication of a nonexclusive public utility easement as shown on
said Final Map is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify
the City's acceptance thereof.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause recordation
of said map in the official records of the County of San Mateo, same to be
concurrently recorded with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
for the Jurkota Subdivision.
4. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall be
filed in the office of the Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and a copy of the
recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions shall be filed in
each of the following offices for reference: (1) City Clerk, (2) Planning Director
and (3) Deputy City Manager/City Engineeer, and the Building Division shall with-
hold building permits until the copies of the recorded documents are so filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 12th day of March , 19 86 , by the following
vote:
