A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
TWO (2) DUMP TRUCKS 26,500 GVW
W/ENCLOSED DUMP BODY

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 17th day of
MARCH , 19 86 , for
TWO (2) DUMP TRUCKS 26,500 GVW W/ENCLOSED DUMP BODY
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, EAST BAY FORD TRUCK SALES, INC.
333 FILBERT STREET, OAKLAND, CA 94526
for the bid price of
38/100 DOLLARS
($ 71,967.38 ).
SEVENTY ONE IHOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SIXIY SEVEN AND
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 9th day of April , 19 86 ,
