A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR TWO(2) TRIPLE COMBINATION 1500 GPM PUMPER FIRE TRUCKS
BID NO. 1710
that:
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the 3rd day of
MARCH , 19 86 , for TWO (2) TRIPLE COMBINATION 1500 GPM
PUMPER FIRE TRUCKS.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, ALBRO FIRE EQUIPMENT CO., lO0 NORTH SANTA FE,
LOS ANGELES, CA 90012
for the bid price of $308,082.00 plus sales tax. Financing in accordance
with a lease purchase plan with Security Pacific Capital Market Group,
'~ division of SeCurity Pacific Bank.
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 9th day of Aoril , 1986 ,
by the following vote:
