A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
GATEWAY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. ST-82-2 PHASE II
GATEWAY BOULEVARD EXTENSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
WHEREAS. pursuant to previous authorization and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
1st day of April, 1986, for
GATEWAY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. ST-82-2 PHASE II
GATEWAY BOULEVARD EXTENSION
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, GHILOTTI
BROTHERS INC., OF SAN RAFAEL, CALIFORNIA for the bid price of
One Million, Seven Hundred Twenty-three Thousand, Two Hundred Ten
Dollars and No Cents ($ 1,723,210.00).
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized
to make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest'his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of the
Ci ry.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of S~uth
San Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 9th day of
April , 1986, by the following vote.

Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, John "Jack" Draqo, Richard A. Haffey,
Gus Nicolopulos and Roberta Cerri Teglia
