CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "GALWAY PLACE" AND
AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Map Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Galway Place, Lying within the City of South San
Francisco, Being a Subdivision of Land Described as Follows, Lands of South San
Francisco Unified School District, Map of Parcel Map, Filed in Book 7 of Parcel
Maps, at Page 26, San Mateo County Records, South San Francisco, San Mateo County,
California," dated March, 1986, is hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Storm Drain and Public Utility Easements.
The dedication of the Storm Drain and Public Utility Easements as shown
on said Final Map are hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to certify
%he City's acceptance thereof.
3. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause recordation
of said map in the official records of the County of San Mateo, same to be
concurrently recorded with the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, Reservations
Servitudes, Easements and Liens for Galway Place.
4. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall be
filed in the office of the Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and a copy of the
recorded Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions, Reservations Servitudes, Ease-
ments and Liens shall be filed in each of the following offices for reference:
(1) City Clerk, (2) Planning Director and (3) Deputy City Manager/City Engineeer,
and the Building Division shall withhold building permits until the copies of
the recorded documents are so filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 23rd day of April , 19 86 , by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Mark N. Addiego, John "Jack" Drago, Richard A. Halley,
Gus Nicolopulos and Roberta Cerri Teglia
