CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED "MAP OF VIEWMONT TERRACE NO.
5" AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Map Approval.
The Final Map, entitled "Map of Viewmont Terrace No. 5, Resubdivision of
the following properties:
A. A land of American Savings and Loan Association filed November 14,
1966 O.R. Book 5237 Page 461.
B. A land of American Savings and Loan Association filed October 24,
1978 O.R. Reel 7791 Image 321," County of San Mateo, State of California, is
hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Dedications.
The dedications to public use as shown on said map of Parcel Y and Viewmont
Terrace for street purposes; and easements for public utitilies, storm drains, and
sanitary sewers under, on or over those certain strips of land shown as "P.U.E.".
"P.S.D.E.", and "P.S.S.E." (Public Utilities Easement, Public Storm Drain Easement
and Public Sanitary Sewer Easement), which easements shall be kept free and clear
of buildings and structures of any kind, are hereby accepted and the City Clerk
is authorized to certify the City's acceptance thereof.
3. Acceptance of Grant of Easement.
The Grant of Easement from the property owner for right-of-way purposes
for public streets and sidewalks within the easement delineated as "Easement to be
Granted," as designated in Exhibit "1" with attachments attached hereto, and
incorporated herein by reference as though set forth verbatim is hereby accepted.
4. Agreement.
Execution of the Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Viewmont Terrace
No. 5, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement
for the City, with the City Clerk attesting her signature thereto.
5. Recordation.
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record or cause recordation
of said Final Map, Grant of Easement and Agreement in the official records of the County
same to be concurrently recorded with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions
and Restrictions for Viewmont Terrace No. 5.
6. Copies of Recorded Documents.
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall be
filed in the office of the Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and a copy of
the Subdivision Improvements Agreement, Grant of Easement and Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions shall be filed in the offices of (1) City
Clerk, (2) Planning Director and (3) Deputy City Manager/City Engineer, and the
Building Division shall withhold building permits until the copies of the recorded
documents are so filed.

adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 23rd day of April , 19 86 , by the following

GRANT OF EASEMENT

Crosariol, a single man, hereinafter called GRANTOR, and the City of South San
Francisco, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California, hereinafter
called CITY·
WITNESS the following, that GRANTOR does hereby grant and convey to the
City and its successors, and assign to the CITY an easement for right-of-way
purposes for public streets and sidewalks within the easement delineated as
"Easement to be Granted," on the map attached hereto and designated Exhibit
and entitled "Public Street and Sidewalk Easement," said easement being situated
in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
being more particularly described as set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto
and by this reference incorporated herein as though set forth verbatim.
The easement granted herein shall not be used to build or construct any
permanent structure excepting streets, sidewalks and appurtenant facilities
related to the use of said easement and lawful fences or similar minor structures.
All of the rights~ or any herein granted by this instrument to said CITY may
be assigned without warranty, express or implied to any person, firm~ or corpora-
tion authorized by law to operate or maintain streets, sidewalks and related
facilities, at the option of and on such terms and conditions as may be designated
by the CITY
