CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTIO~ OF FIRST AMENDMENT
TO SERVICE AGREEMENT (WORKERS' COMPENSATION)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
1. Approval of Agreement.
The Agreement entitled "First Amendment to Service Agreement (Workers'
Compensation") between Greenfield-Thompson Associates, Insurance Services, Inc.
and the City of South San Francisco is hereby approved, and a copy of said
Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit "1".
2. Execution of Agreement.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of
the City, and the City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 28th day of May , 1986, by the following vote:

EXHIBIT I TO RESOLUTION NO. 99-86
FIRST AMENDMENT TO SERVICE AGREEMENT
(WORKERS' COMPENSATIOh)
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to the Agreement entitled "Service Agreement" between
Greenfield-Thompson Associates, Insurance Services, Inc. hereinafter "Service
Company", and the City of South San Francisco, hereinafter "Employer" is
entered into this 28th day of May , 1986.
RECITAL
WHEREAS, Service Company and City entered into a Service Agreement on
January 22, 1986; and
WHEREAS, said Service Agreement contained a typographical error with signi-
ficant consequence; and
WHEREAS, the parties agree that said erro- should be corrected;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed between the parties that:
1) Item No. 4 of the insurance provisions of the Service Agreement,
located at page 6, is hereby amended to read "4.- Fidelity bond with limits of
not less than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00)."
2) Except as specifically modified herein, all other provisions of
the Service Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment
to the, Service Agreement on the date first appearing above.
