A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF C)NTRACT

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous authorization and published notice,
bids were publicly opened, examined and decla-ed on the 12th day of
May , 19 86 , for
CYPRESS AND PINE PLAyLOT LIGHTING PROJECT
PROJECT NO. PR-85-6'
NOW, THEREFORE,-IT IS ORDERED AS FOL.OWS:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or
bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract to the
lowest responsible bidder, All State Electric, Inc., San Bruno, CA 94066
1197 SAN MATEO AVE.
¥or the bid price of _Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Seveot¥ One Dollars
($ 12,571.00
2. That the City Manager of said City is hereby authorized to make
and enter into a written contract with said successful bidder and the City
Clerk of said City 'is hereby directed to attest his signature and affix thereto
the corporate seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 28th day of May ,19. 86 ,
